Key Responsibilities Decisively position blithequark's solutions and ideas in the market to drive income and win business Position all advantages and key selling points, including multi-media sports, entertainment, and news arrangements Act as a thought leader in the marketplace (straight and digital) across video, social, show, data, and more Collaborate with internal outreach teams (straight and digital) on ways to increase opportunities to support all revenue across the portfolio Participate and effectively lead in dissipating markets (straight or digital) Execute masterfully and collaborate with multi-media or addressable teams on any RFPs or ideas as well as upfront Provide guidance to the arrangements team to ensure all tentpole opportunities have strong sight and sound or addressable components Influence effective fixes to increase blithequark's success rates and ensure that we are delivering against all lines of business Create client-specific strategies that drive IP-enabled media and data strategies that set out yield opportunities for the organization Collaborate with automated outreach teams to create and execute automated strategies inside and outside Contribute to a positive culture of consideration and maintain the upsides of blithequark Advertising Essential Qualifications 4+ years of media sales experience, 6 years preferred Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience Ability to multitask and navigate large complex organizations Must be exceptional at communication and has demonstrated abilities that connect with a room and encourage consistent dialogue Demonstrated a history of revenue growth and unparalleled client collaboration Solid network of key client and agency partners Extraordinary communication and presentation skills; ability to "own the room" Positive, conscientious, self-starter Willingness to travel Must have working knowledge of digital landscapes and platforms Preferred Qualifications Demonstrated progress in prospecting, cold pitching, and pursuing new business Solid discussion abilities with the capacity to sell value not just cost Probably settled, senior-level associations with advertising agencies and brands directly Shown a history of income development and unparalleled client associations Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At blithequark, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
