Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: A high school diploma or equivalent; an associate or bachelor's degree is preferred, particularly in a field related to business, communications, or information technology. Proven experience in data entry or customer service roles, with a demonstrated ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy, with strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, and familiarity with data management software and CRM systems. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
