Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications: High School Diploma or GED. Healthcare-related certification. Previous experience in a customer service or call center role is preferred. Strong communication abilities, including active listening, verbal, and written skills. Exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to provide empathetic and professional support.
