Or, four or more years of customer service experience and/or technical product knowledge, along with a high school diploma or equivalent. Ability to work shifts within the center's hours of operation, which are Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. Eastern time, without weekends. Reliability in sticking to the schedule is crucial, as some queues are time-sensitive. Preferred qualifications include experience in the automotive industry, although it is not mandatory. Your background in customer service, technical knowledge, or a relevant degree will be highly valued.
