Job Overview As a Remote Spanish Bilingual Automotive Customer Service Advisor at blithequark, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences through inbound and outbound calls, email, and chat support. You will be responsible for addressing customer service issues, resolving non-routine problems, and providing personalized support to our clients. Key Responsibilities Answer all incoming customer phone calls within quality standards, providing timely and effective solutions to customer inquiries and concerns. Capture prospect information, including name, address, phone, email, product of interest, source, and CRM questions, to ensure accurate and efficient customer support. Provide detailed product information, including brand, current nameplates, and performance capabilities, to help customers make informed decisions. Define consumer needs by asking relevant CRM and product questions, and select fulfillment items that meet their requirements. Complete price and equips statements for consumers, and locate dealers following standard dealerization rules. Categorize callers and offer appropriate touchpoints, including warm transfers to dealers, to ensure seamless customer support. Provide website navigation assistance to consumer-oriented brand sites, and escalate outstanding issues to ensure prompt resolution. Communicate with consumers in written form, including email and text chat, to provide personalized support and respond to customer inquiries. Conduct CRM outbound follow-up calls to ensure receipt of fulfillment items and answer any additional questions, and invite consumers to attend events as required. Follow critical elements of the call and file handling process, and stay current with center procedures, product information, and online resource tools. Manage customer complaints from initial call to resolution, ensuring prompt and effective solutions that meet customer expectations. Essential Qualifications High school diploma with 6+ months of customer service experience preferred, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences. Courteous and strong customer service orientation, with the ability to effectively communicate both written and verbally. Ability to learn, including strong problem-solving skills, and dependability with proficient attention to detail. Able to rotate shifts as needed, and a passion for helping others that drives your commitment to delivering exceptional customer support. Preferred Qualifications Sales or marketing background, with the ability to build rapport with consumers over the phone and provide personalized support. Experience working in an automotive or customer service environment, with a strong understanding of industry trends and customer needs. Proficiency in Spanish, with the ability to communicate effectively with Spanish-speaking customers and provide culturally sensitive support.
