You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to design and deliver solutions that meet the needs of our customers and stakeholders. Your expertise in technical program management, data analytics, and cloud infrastructure will be essential in driving business outcomes and identifying opportunities for growth and improvement. **Key Responsibilities** * Collaborate with a team of designers and organizers to address the global fleet of Outsider Server farms (3PDC) * Work with cross-functional partners to understand business needs, design and deliver end-to-end solutions that include data gathering, analysis, and presentation * Plan and automate metrics, iteratively building and prototyping dashboards to provide insights at scale * Drive process improvement through data analysis, envision, and make business recommendations based on 3PDC data, identifying and acting on opportunities to drive growth and improvement **Essential Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field * 4-year certification or equivalent relevant experience * 3 years of experience in technical program management, with a focus on cloud infrastructure and data analytics * 3 years of experience leading cross-functional or cross-organizational projects * Experience in financial reporting and analysis, using accounting software and managing large datasets using SQL **Preferred Qualifications** * 3 years of experience leading large, cross-functional projects that span multiple stakeholders and teams * 3 years of experience in technical program/project management roles * Experience identifying, communicating, and collaborating with stakeholders to drive outcomes and achieve shared goals * Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills **Skills and Competencies** * Excellent technical program management skills, with a focus on cloud infrastructure and data analytics * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and act on opportunities for growth and improvement * Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders * Strong business acumen, with the ability to drive business outcomes and identify opportunities for growth and improvement **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At blithequark, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
