You'll utilize a consultative sales approach to learn about the traveler's needs and recommend an appropriate product to protect against risks associated with their upcoming travel. Your primary goal will be to educate customers on the benefits and coverages of our products, ensuring they make informed decisions about their travel insurance needs. **Key Responsibilities** * Handle in-coming calls from travelers and travel advisors with a consultative sales approach * Learn about the traveler's needs and recommend an appropriate product to protect against risks associated with their upcoming travel * Educate customers on the benefits and coverages of our travel insurance products * Meet state licensing requirements to sell insurance * Respond to high-end clientele with professionalism * Utilize geography knowledge to provide informed recommendations * Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer experiences **Essential Qualifications** * 1+ years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in the travel industry * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * Ability to think outside the box and provide creative solutions * Proven experience in sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets * High School Diploma or equivalent required * Ability to meet state licensing requirements to sell insurance **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in the travel industry, with knowledge of domestic or international travel * Geography knowledge to provide informed recommendations * Proven experience in handling high-end clientele with professionalism * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities **Skills and Competencies** * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to think critically and provide creative solutions * Strong sales and negotiation skills * Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues * Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail * Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to supporting the growth and development of our employees.
