Key Responsibilities As a Work from Home Banking Credit Card Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include: Resolving basic payment and account-related requests, including card activations, payments, name and address updates, and other customer inquiries Providing standardized or scripted responses to customers using a user-friendly Graphic User Interface (GUI) and established documentation and processes Entering required data into client-provided systems and databases Determining basic reasons for customer issues using a client-provided decision tree and escalating or referring unresolved customer grievances and requests to more experienced Customer Service Representatives or designated departments Building base knowledge and familiarization of products, policies, and procedures for a limited number of clients and understanding association guidelines and compliance Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to meet the following essential qualifications: High School Diploma or Equivalent A minimum of six months of contact center or work-from-home contact center experience in the last 18 months Flexibility and openness to working mid-shift to late shifts, including weekends, as part of your weekly schedule Ability to work on camera at all times Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following preferred qualifications will be considered an asset: 12 months of contact center or work-from-home contact center experience in the last 18 months Banking customer service experience Desired Skills and Capabilities To excel in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and capabilities: Acquires and applies job skills and learns company policies and procedures to complete assigned routine tasks Works on assignments that are routine to semi-routine in nature, requiring limited decision-making outside of stated processes Recognizes the need for occasional deviation from accepted practice and has little or no role in decision-making Normally receives detailed instructions and follows established procedures on all work, requiring instructions on all assignments Works under close supervision Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At arenaflex, we are committed to providing our employees with opportunities for career growth and professional development.
