We are looking for a world class Director of Enrollment to build genuine relationships, qualify families, close deals, and guide them all the way through the enrollment journey. The Mission You will be the first human voice our families hear. Your role is to: • Connect quickly with qualified, high-intent lead • Lead Admission Interviews (virtual meeting) to understand the goals, challenges, and fit for their child • Match their child with the perfect coach and schedule their Meet-n-Greet (coach + teen) • For qualified families, conduct the Assessment Review to review program options + enroll • Manage the sales pipeline so no family ever feels “handed off” or forgotten • Nurture + Follow up with families to reconvert lost deals Why This Role is Different At Wide Awake, excellence is everything. What You’ll Do • Respond rapidly to inbound leads via SMS, phone, and email • Conduct inbound "Admission Interviews" to qualify and build rapport • Book Meet-n-Greets with Coach and prepare families for each step of the process • For select families, stay involved for the Assessment Review and assist in enrollment • Keep HubSpot CRM immaculate — tags, lead sources, next steps, and payment tracking • Follow up on overdue invoices (>3 days) and escalate when needed • Join daily team huddles and contribute to collaborative growth • Post Call Email Summaries Sent To Leads KPIs You’ll Own • Conduct 120 Admission Interviews/month (6/day) • Schedule 60 Meet-n-Greets/month (3/day) - goal of Admission Interview • Conduct 60 Assessment Reviews/month (3/day) • Enroll 20 Families/month - goal of Assessment Review • CRM accuracy at 100% • Lead source tagging accuracy at 100% • Consistent daily follow-up completion (20 inbound follow ups) What You Bring • High EQ + IQ – you connect deeply with skeptical, intuitive, affluent parents • Integrity – qualify with care, only move forward when it’s a genuine fit • Strong work ethic – own your daily numbers and follow through relentlessly • Calm under pressure – steady in emotionally charged conversations • Coachable – eager to learn and grow toward full closing responsibilities • Appointment setting or high-ticket sales experience preferred • Willingness to work peak parent availability hours (4–7 PM PST) • Ability to Close Compensation • Base/Draw: $3,000/month • Closer Commission: 10% of cash collected per enrollment you close • Revenue Bonus: $250 per $50,000 in revenue booked Performance Benchmarks Wide Awake is currently enrolling around 100-150k a month in sales • Ramp-Up: $36K–$54K/year (first 60–90 days) • Consistent Producer: $54K–$72K/year • Strong Performer: $72K–$110K/year • Top Performer: $110K-150k/year How to Apply Please submit your resume and a short 2–3 minute Loom or iphone video introducing yourself and sharing why you’d be a great fit for this role.
