Cultural Care Au Pair is an organization dedicated to fostering international educational experiences. They are seeking a Host Family Recruiter to support the Housing Department by sourcing quality host families for international students, ensuring a safe and welcoming homestay experience. Responsibilities Call potential host families from database of enquiries Arrange suitable times to visit potential host families Assess homes to ensure they meet EF’s accommodation standards Support Host Families in filling out application form and other relevant paperwork Spot check visits to current Host Families throughout the year to ensure quality and maintain build connection Provide clear and accurate feedback to the EF Housing Team following visits Update host family profiles in database, post-visit Manage and organize visits according to your own schedule Develop a quarterly Newsletter for Host Family to create community and connection Support in the organization and execution of events to promote host family program Support team with other duties related to the Housing department Skills Flexible schedule Sociable personality Excellent telephone and communication skills Target driven with sales experience Good organizational skills and attention to detail Access to a computer and reliable internet Knowledge of Toronto/GTA neighborhoods and transit systems is an asset Established community connections in 1, or multiple, Toronto neighborhoods considered a strong asset Access to a car preferable, but not required Company Overview Cultural Care Au Pair is a cultural exchange program offering families a unique childcare alternative.
