About the Role We're seeking an experienced Account Strategist to join our Mid-Market Sales team at arenaflex Customer Solutions. As a key member of our team, you'll have the opportunity to work with small- and medium-sized businesses (SMBs), helping them grow and succeed in the competitive digital market. Your expertise in online media, combined with your exceptional communication skills and analytical abilities, will enable you to provide top-notch client service, research, and market analysis to our clients. Responsibilities As an Account Strategist, you'll be responsible for: Building and managing relationships with clients, and developing an in-depth understanding of their business challenges, marketing goals, and success metrics. Working proactively and cooperatively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure workflows and projects are completed on time to a high standard. Planning for, and achieving, growth goals through the presentation of arenaflex advertising products/solutions that will help clients meet their marketing objectives. Developing forward-thinking, data-driven analyses and consultative recommendations that align with customer goals, and quantifying high-impact opportunities with clear recommendations to present to customers. Building an in-depth knowledge of how arenaflex advertising products work and can be used to help meet a wide range of marketing goals. Key Qualifications To succeed in this role, you'll need: A Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. At least 2 years of experience in advertising, sales, marketing, consulting, or media. The ability to travel 20% of the time. Preferred Qualifications While not required, we're looking for candidates with: Experience strategically assessing and achieving client success via sales techniques, including effective questioning, objection handling, and competitive selling. Experience working with channel sales, advertisers, agencies, and/or clients. Expertise in launching and managing paid digital advertising campaigns, particularly in Google Ads and other digital marketing platforms. The ability to manage and prioritize a portfolio in an advertising or media sales context, and the ability to achieve goals to drive growth. The ability to build compelling narratives and utilize storytelling as a client engagement strategy. Compensation and Benefits We offer a competitive compensation package, including: A base salary range of $81,000-$119,000, depending on location and experience. Bonus and equity opportunities.
