About the Role As a key member of Walmart's Supply Chain organization, you will contribute to the growth and delivery of the Supplier Excellence team. Your primary focus will be on driving improvements in supplier quality, eliminating waste, and ensuring compliance with published standards. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute project plans, analyze data, and present insights to stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Quality Management: Develop expertise in quality management tools, techniques, and standards. Partner with suppliers to eliminate identified defects and improve quality. Focused Improvement: Drive improved efficiencies and loss elimination through improved supplier quality. Analyze data and identify opportunities for improvement. Influential Communication: Leverage fact-based data and analytics insights to build a cohesive narrative and present to stakeholders. Demonstrate decision-making and coordination skills when faced with conflicting or ambiguous inputs. Partnership & Collaboration: Foster a climate of trust and respect with cross-functional partners. Collaborate to deliver successful end-to-end solutions and achieve business goals. Data Acumen: Leverage data analysis and digital tools to explore complex data. Use data to influence strategic work and build insights. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: A Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field. A minimum of 2 years' experience in logistics, distribution, transportation, or a related area (or 4 years' experience in the absence of a degree). 2 years' experience with Microsoft Office. A proven track record of influencing others, managing stakeholders, and communicating clearly. The ability to think critically, solve problems, and propose solutions. Analytical, data-driven, and strategic thinking skills. Preferred Qualifications To take your application to the next level, you will ideally have: Experience in fleet management, dispatch, or network analysis. Retail Logistics Operations experience. A Master's degree in Business, Logistics, or Supply Chain. Six Sigma certification.
