About the Role Reporting directly to the TFP Chief Financial Officer (CFO), the Treasury Manager will be responsible for establishing and operating the treasury function that supports the company's financial health and strategic objectives. This is a critical leadership role that demands a deep understanding of global capital markets, corporate finance, and risk management. Key Responsibilities Develop and Execute Treasury Strategies: Design and implement strategies for managing the company's capital structure, ensuring cost-efficient access to debt and equity markets. Manage Financial Relationships: Foster and maintain relationships with banks, rating agencies, and financial institutions to secure favorable financing terms. Oversee Treasury Operations: Manage day-to-day treasury activities, including cash management, banking relationships, and treasury systems. Ensure Liquidity and Manage Cash Flow: Develop effective cash flow forecasting and management practices to ensure sufficient liquidity for operational and strategic needs. Mitigate Financial Risks: Identify and manage financial risks, including interest rate, foreign exchange, and credit risk, through appropriate hedging strategies and policies. Ensure Compliance: Oversee compliance with internal controls, external regulations, and company policies related to treasury activities. What We're Looking For To succeed in this role, you'll need a strong foundation in finance, accounting, or economics, coupled with progressive experience in corporate treasury. Here's what we're looking for: Essential Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in corporate treasury with a multi-national company. Deep knowledge of global capital markets, corporate finance, and risk management. Strong leadership and strategic thinking abilities, with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Preferred Qualifications MBA or CFA designation. Experience working in the manufacturing or packaging industry. Compensation and Benefits We offer a competitive compensation package that includes: Annual base salary range: $119,280 to $134,190. Annual target bonus: 7.5% of base salary.
