As a Manager, YouTube Product Partnerships - Mobile and Reach, you'll play a critical role in driving business growth by developing and maintaining strategic partnerships with key players in the industry. About the Role The Mobile and Reach team is responsible for building and maintaining partnerships with some of YouTube's most important partners, including Samsung, Meta, Xiaomi, Reddit, and Discord. As a Manager on this team, you'll be responsible for identifying and executing partnerships that drive business growth and defend YouTube's evolving business. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams across multiple geographies to incubate, launch, improve, and scale new features and user experiences. Key Responsibilities Build and Maintain External Relationships : Develop and maintain strong relationships with partners and across the ecosystem, managing partnerships with entities of all sizes. Develop Cross-Product Area Partner Initiatives : Create go-to-market strategies to meet Google's goals across changing industries, identifying opportunities for growth and expansion. Ideate and Motivate Agreements : Develop agreements with potential partners and renewals/expansions for existing partners, building consensus with internal and external executives. Serve as Relationship Manager : Manage existing agreements, helping to realize and optimize value from these partnerships while building relationships. Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams : Work with internal teams across multiple geographies to incubate, launch, improve, and scale new features and user experiences. Minimum Qualifications To be considered for this role, you'll need to meet the following minimum qualifications: Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Practical Experience : A degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience. 5+ Years of Experience in Business Development, Partnerships, Management Consulting, or Investment Banking : Experience in a relevant industry, including Consumer Electronics, Auto, Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEMs), Telecom, E-Commerce/Retail, Apps, Ads, Gaming, or Technology. Experience Working with C-Level Executives and Cross-Functionally : Proven ability to work with senior executives and across all levels of management. Experience Managing Agreements or Partnerships : A track record of successfully managing agreements or partnerships. Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following preferred qualifications will make you a more competitive candidate: Experience Managing End-to-End Partnerships : A proven track record of managing partnerships from start to finish. Experience Working in a Changing and Collaborative Environment : Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Ability to Identify Business Opportunities and Assess Financial/Business Benefit : Strong analytical skills and ability to identify opportunities for growth. Excellent Communication and Collaborating Skills : Proven ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders. Compensation and Benefits Google offers a competitive compensation package that includes: Competitive Salary : A salary range of $129,000-$191,000 + bonus + equity + benefits.
