Our values include: Embracing diversity, equity, and inclusion in all aspects of our work Fostering a culture of learning and development Promoting a healthy work-life balance Supporting a virtual work environment that allows flexibility and autonomy Key Responsibilities As a Non-Profit Contract Recruiter, you will be responsible for: Developing and implementing creative and proactive recruiting strategies to attract top talent Collaborating with management teams to understand position requirements and staffing needs Networking with professional and virtual groups to source new candidates and referrals Formulating screening criteria and conducting phone interviews within legal parameters Promoting equal employment opportunity and diversity recruitment efforts Scheduling candidate interviews and overseeing candidate testing (if needed) Updating recruiting status reports and recruitment files Participating in special projects and recruiting initiatives Requirements and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: Essential Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 3-5 years of direct recruiting full-cycle experience Broad recruiting knowledge with experience recruiting candidates from entry-level through management Excellent verbal communication skills and ability to collaborate with others Experience managing high-volume recruiting using various sourcing techniques, including digital/internet resources Knowledge of employment laws relative to hiring and selection Strong attention to detail and phone etiquette Previous experience with LinkedIn Recruiter or similar platforms Advanced knowledge in Excel and other Microsoft products Preferred Qualifications: Experience with ADP Workforce Now recruiting module and Microsoft Office products Previous not-for-profit and/or technical recruitment experience Strong understanding of multi-state compliance regulations pertaining to recruitment and hiring What We Offer Susan G.
