Position Overview As a Client Account Manager (Sales Executive), you will play a critical role in our sales department, working remotely to manage client accounts, generate new leads, craft targeted proposals, and secure purchase orders (POs) from North American and Western European clients. This part-time position requires 20 hours of work per week and offers a competitive salary package, including a base salary, monthly performance bonus, and quarterly performance-based incentives. Key Responsibilities Client Vendor List Management : Work with clients to have Tridum Vista 360 added to their approved vendor lists or procurement portals, enhancing our visibility and credibility. New Enquiry Generation : Proactively identify and generate new enquiries from international markets to expand our reach and client base. Client Account Management : Serve as the primary contact for North American and EU clients, promptly and professionally addressing all inquiries and qualifying leads by assessing client needs in alignment with our specialized 3D visualization services. Sales Proposal Development : Collaborate with our technical team to develop customized proposals that align with client specifications, budgets, and project goals, and write clear, persuasive proposals that effectively communicate our value proposition. Securing Purchase Orders (POs) : Lead negotiations to finalize terms, successfully close deals, and ensure a seamless buying experience for our clients. Client Relationship Building : Cultivate strong, long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and secure valuable referrals, acting as a trusted advisor and offering solutions that align with their ongoing and future needs. Market and Competitor Analysis : Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and opportunities within the 3D visualization and animation sectors, developing strategies to capitalize on new trends and expand our reach in the American market. Sales Strategy and Reporting : Report regularly on sales activities, pipeline status, and revenue forecasts to our management team, working toward and exceeding sales goals. Requirements and Qualifications To succeed in this role, you will need: A Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field. Proven experience in B2B (IT) sales, especially with North American or Western European clients. Superior command of English, both written and spoken, with high-level communication skills for effective client engagement. A demonstrated track record in successfully managing client accounts and closing purchase orders. Familiarity with 3D rendering, visualization, or technical animation industries is advantageous. Proficiency with CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other sales tools. A proactive, self-motivated, and goal-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills. Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications will be considered a plus: Experience working with international clients and navigating cultural differences. Knowledge of the 3D visualization and animation industries, including market trends and competitor activities. A proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving business growth. What We Offer At Tridum Vista 360 LLC, we offer a competitive salary package that includes: A base salary of INR 6,000 to 8,000 per month. A monthly performance bonus with potential earnings between INR 8,000 to 12,000. Quarterly performance-based incentives ranging from INR 19,000 to 29,500.
