About the Role We're seeking a highly skilled and motivated Client Experience Associate to join our team in South Carolina. As a Client Experience Associate, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, providing top-notch customer service, handling inbound calls, capturing leads, taking orders, and scheduling appointments. Key Responsibilities Take customer calls, capture incoming leads, take orders, and schedule appointments in a fast-paced environment. Forward messages to our clients in a timely and efficient manner. Work from your computer for the duration of your shift, ensuring a stable internet connection and meeting our system requirements. Regularly work 40 hours per week, with a minimum of 8 hours on Fridays, Saturdays, and Mondays. Provide exceptional customer service, responding to client inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Essential Qualifications To succeed in this role, you'll need: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. A growth mindset and a willingness to learn new things. A passion for delivering exceptional customer service. A people-focused approach, with a friendly and approachable demeanor. Dependability and a strong work ethic, with a commitment to showing up when expected. Above-average computer skills, including typing and proficiency in Microsoft Office. The ability to remain calm and efficient under pressure. A willingness to complete our introductory learning and development phase at satisfactory levels. Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications will give you a competitive edge: Previous experience in customer-facing roles, particularly in a call center or client services environment. Familiarity with CRM software and other customer service tools. Experience working in a remote or distributed team environment.
