As a Customer Service Representative (CSR) at arenaflex, you will be the face of our company, providing positive customer service and technical expertise through prompt, accurate, and courteous responses to customer information needs. Available Shifts We offer a variety of shifts to accommodate your schedule, including: Friday 4:00PM-8:00PM & Monday 2:00PM-6:00PM Fridays Only 4:00PM-8:00PM Mondays Only 2:00PM-6:00PM Mondays Only 12:00PM-6:00PM Monday-Friday 3:00PM-8:00PM Monday, Wednesday, Friday 3:00PM-8:00PM Tuesday & Thursday 3:00PM-8:00PM Tuesday-Friday 2:00PM-6:00PM Monday & Friday 8:00AM-5:00PM Mondays Only 8:00AM-5:00PM Fridays Only 8:00AM-5:00PM Monday-Friday 2:00PM-5:00PM Mondays Only 7:00AM-5:00PM Monday-Friday 4:00PM-8:00PM BILINGUAL ONLY Key Responsibilities As a Part-Time Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include: Providing positive customer service and technical expertise through prompt, accurate, and courteous responses to customer information needs Offering empathy and support to customers during the claim process Collecting and documenting all claim details provided by the customer into the claim accurately Identifying and resolving customer issues by adhering to client-specific handling instructions Utilizing call scripting to ensure consistency and efficiency in handling customer claims and inquiries Remaining available for extended hours or additional shifts during peak periods or emergency situations to provide critical support Adhering to break and lunch schedules to maintain productivity and ensure consistent customer service coverage Successfully demonstrating arenaflex's core values, including customer first, self-motivated, teamwork, and continuous improvement Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: High School Diploma or general education degree (GED) required 1-2 years of quality assurance experience preferred Language skills, including the ability to read and interpret documents such as police and accident reports, write routine correspondence and detailed accident descriptions, and project a confident, clear, and professional telephone presence Bi-lingual in Spanish preferred Computer skills, including knowledge of basic computer functions, Microsoft Word and Excel, and the ability to type at least 40wpm Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following qualifications are preferred: Previous experience in customer service or a related field Experience working in a call center environment Knowledge of benefits compliance and customer service techniques Skills and Competencies To excel in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and competencies: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in a high-volume environment Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At arenaflex, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
