They are seeking a Content Marketing Manager to create compelling content across all stages of the buyer journey, driving awareness, education, and pipeline for the company. The role involves developing high-impact marketing assets and collaborating with various teams to ensure effective content strategies. Responsibilities • Create compelling content across all stages of the buyer journey—from top-of-funnel education to bottom-of-funnel decision support • Produce high-impact assets including ebooks, reports, guides, whitepapers, checklists, cheat sheets, calculators, case studies, videos, blogs, and industry insights • Partner with demand gen to tailor content for integrated campaigns, ABM programs, paid channels, and nurture flows • Translate complex identity and authentication concepts into clear, digestible content that resonates with technical audiences • Work closely with product marketing, developer relations, and SMEs to ensure accuracy and clarity without losing technical depth • Use AI tools to accelerate content creation—from outlines to draft production to optimization, and experiment with AI-driven formats • Own website SEO strategy, conduct keyword research and incorporate SEO best practices into content planning and execution • Maintain a strategic editorial calendar aligned to ICPs, verticals, campaign needs, and product priorities • Manage workflows with designers, writers, contractors, and SMEs as needed • Partner with revenue operations to develop reporting and dashboards for content attribution and performance Skills • 4-6 years of content marketing experience in a B2B software environment, experience with cyber security, developer tools, and infrastructure a plus • Proven experience creating high-quality demand generation content with a strong ability to translate technical concepts for multiple personas • Comfort working hands-on with AI tools for content generation and process acceleration • Creative with a passion for storytelling • Excellent writing, editing, and structural organization skills • Experience partnering with demand gen to map content to the funnel and drive measurable impact • Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and cross-functional stakeholders • SEO, keyword strategy, and content performance analytics experience • Experience building and managing content hubs, resource centers, or interactive content experiences that drive self-service education and engagement • Familiarity with authentication, authorization, identity management, or API security concepts through previous work in adjacent technical domains • Background in developer marketing or experience creating technical documentation, tutorials, or developer-focused educational content • Proficiency with marketing automation platforms and experience building sophisticated nurture programs with dynamic content • Portfolio demonstrating successful content attribution to pipeline or revenue Benefits • Comprehensive health insurance including medical, dental, and vision coverage, with the company covering the majority of your medical premiums to keep your costs low • Fully employer-paid High Deductible Health Plan (HDHP) option paired with a Health Savings Account (HSA), including employer contributions • Basic life insurance and short- and long-term disability coverage fully paid by the company for essential financial protection • Voluntary life insurance options to provide additional financial protection for you and your loved ones • Healthcare and Dependent Care Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs) to save pre-tax dollars on eligible expenses • 401(k) plan with company match to help you save for retirement • Generous paid time off (PTO) plus paid company holidays to support work-life balance • Employee Assistance Program (EAP) offering confidential counseling and support services • Professional growth and development opportunities to boost your career journey • Eligibility for performance-based bonuses or variable compensation tied to individual, team, or company results Company Overview • FusionAuth provides secure, complete and affordable customer identity & access management.
