As a Remote Traveler Support Counselor, you will be at the forefront of our customer service operations, working closely with travelers to address their needs, answer questions, and provide solutions that enhance their travel experiences. Key Responsibilities Manage inbound service calls from travelers, providing timely and effective assistance with reservation changes, itinerary details, payment processing, and responding to a variety of inquiries. Utilize code-based software to advise, book, and update airline reservations as necessary, ensuring seamless travel arrangements for our clients. Communicate comprehensive information to travelers regarding our products, policies, and services, ensuring they are well-informed and satisfied with their travel experiences. Foster a positive team spirit while competing individually to achieve personal and team performance goals, aligning with our company values and key result areas (KRAs). Demonstrate the ability to multitask, navigating multiple computer systems efficiently to provide high-quality support to travelers. Qualifications and Requirements Essential Qualifications A minimum of 2 years of experience working in a call center environment, with a proven track record of delivering excellent customer service. Experience working in a remote call center setting, with the ability to work independently and as part of a distributed team. The ability to multitask and navigate multiple computer systems simultaneously, ensuring efficient and effective support for travelers. Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in the travel industry or a related field, providing a deeper understanding of customer needs and preferences. Strong technical skills, including proficiency in code-based software and other relevant systems used in travel and customer service. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with travelers and provide personalized support.
