[Remote] Shared Services Associate - (HR Support, Fuly Remote)

Nesco Resource is a company providing HR support services, and they are seeking a Shared Services Associate to assist colleagues with inquiries related to colleague data and HR policies. The role involves responding to inquiries, managing administrative tasks, and maintaining compliance with federal and state standards. Responsibilities • Serves as a first-level resource for colleague interactions with CR responding to inquiries in a professional, urgent and confidential manner. • Performs and provides guidance on administrative tasks including, but not limited to, compliance document distribution and collection, verifications of employment and good standing, unemployment claims and review/approval of one-time payments. • Monitors, troubleshoots and offers instruction for colleague self-service for initiating transactions in the HRIS system. • Maintains colleague data in compliance with federal and state standards. • Collaborates with and supports Tier 2 and other Centers of Excellence "COE's” on general CR programs, initiatives and projects as needed. • Performs other duties as assigned. • Supports the organization's quality program(s). Skills • High school diploma or GED required. • One (1) years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required. • High integrity, sound judgment, and discretion regarding the handling of confidential information. • Ability to grasp information quickly and probe effectively when required. • Self-driven with a sense of ownership of work product and accountability. • Excellent oral and written communication skills. • PC literate, including Microsoft Office products. • Strong organizational skills. • Excellent interpersonal skills. • Ability to work in a team environment. • Ability to meet or exceed Performance Competencies. • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university preferred. • Experience in HRIS and/or case management tools preferred. • Knowledge of CR concepts and terminology preferred. • Looking for temps with background check experience with preferred experience with Sterling and/or Workday.
