About the Role We're seeking an experienced Customer Service and Complaints Assistant to join our Customer Experience and Support Team. As a key member of our team, you'll be the primary point of contact between arenaflex and our customers, providing exceptional support and resolving complaints in a timely and professional manner. Key Responsibilities: Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, live chat, and social media, ensuring that customers receive a positive experience and are empowered to make informed decisions. Support customers throughout their online comparison journey, offering clarity on product information and helping them take advantage of special offers. Resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner, ensuring that customers are satisfied with the outcome. Collaborate with internal teams to identify and implement process improvements, ensuring that customer needs are met and exceeded. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, ensuring that customer service standards are maintained and exceeded. What We're Looking For We're looking for a customer service professional with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. If you have: Essential Qualifications: Experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a contact centre environment or face-to-face setting. Proven communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively via phone, email, live chat, and social media. General IT skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.) and Google Suite. Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in a similar role within the insurance or financial services industry. Knowledge of customer service software and systems.
