About the Role blithequark is seeking a dynamic and visionary leader to expand our Value/Outcome Consulting delivery practice as part of the Customer Outcomes Journey group. As a Senior Director, you will inspire our customers and blithequark employees alike to think differently about managing Dynamic Work and enterprise solutions that empower everyone to drive meaningful change. Key Responsibilities In this role, you will be responsible for: Evolving and expanding a world-class professional services practice, including defining, building, and enhancing our offerings, resource job family, and customer-facing sales and delivery materials. Leading the delivery of Customer Outcomes Journey engagements to successful completion and driving continuous improvement through rapid experimentation and iteration. Recruiting and retaining a diverse team of specialized skills, including Value Engineering, Solution Selling, Technology Strategy, Application Rationalization and Modernization, enterprise-wide Technology Adoption, and No-Code/Low-Code development. Accelerating the transformation of blithequark's Go-to-Market and customer outcomes lifecycle, including managing the short-term and long-term P&L of the practice and developing a 3-year strategic vision that creates sustainable ARR bookings growth and Customer Outcomes Journey attach/utilization. Leading and supporting customers to enterprise-scale adoption of the blithequark platform, including creating demand for Customer Outcomes Journey workshops, creating thought leadership, and embedding outcome/value-based practices in the customer's IT/LOB Executive team. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: 5+ years of experience leading a professional services or sales practice in a SaaS organization or technology consulting firm. 10+ years of experience in pre and post-sales leadership positions in Management Consulting, Professional Services, and driving enterprise architecture and operations strategy. Executive experience managing, developing, and delivering enterprise consulting services. A strong track record of building and leading high-performance teams. A Bachelor's degree (required); a Master's degree is a plus (Business or Technical preferred). Intrinsically curious and passionate about researching current and emerging trends in technology and specific industries. Excellent understanding of enterprise service management and architectural decision-making. Advanced mastery of multiple solution domains, including Business Management, Enterprise Service Management, Operations Management, and Application Development. Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following qualifications are preferred: Experience in developing and growing C-Level relationships with the ability to communicate complex topics to an audience with various functional knowledge. Consultative skills, including issue diagnosis, unpacking, and advising on CXO-level challenges. Presentation skills, including public speaking, meeting facilitation, and whiteboarding. Cross-functional program and project management skills. Experience working in a highly collaborative, fast-paced environment. Willingness to travel.
