We're looking for a Senior Program Marketing Specialist to join our expanding US Customer Education and Programs team as we continue to roll out the launch of our novel Renal Denervation (RDN) therapy. A Day in the Life: Transforming Healthcare with Renal Denervation Therapy Renal Denervation (RDN) is an innovative procedure that helps patients lower blood pressure by targeting specific nerves near the kidneys that can become overactive and cause hypertension. As a Senior Program Marketing Specialist, you'll play a critical role in managing peer-to-peer education supporting our RDN Symplicity Blood Pressure Procedure. You'll manage established programs, develop new offerings, and collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive the adoption of this new therapy. Key Responsibilities: Manage execution of the established Symplicity Blood Pressure Procedure Speaker Program series, including in-person peer-to-peer programs, national broadcasts, and IDN (Integrated Delivery Network) offerings. Support field sales reps and market development specialists on execution of programmatic offerings. Liaise with HCP faculty to ensure on-label messaging and coordination of events. Responsible for compliance and documentation for programs. Project manage and gain approvals for associated content and materials required to support customer education and programs. Work with internal partners to develop promotional items. Collaborate with HCP faculty and internal stakeholders to develop topic-specific content and webinars to support current educational needs. Build a strong understanding of existing barriers to adoption of the Symplicity Blood Pressure Procedure and determine what customer education and new programs (or evolutions) are needed to support launch acceleration. Travel required to support Programs, Conferences, POA Meetings, Rep Training (up to 20% of the time). Qualifications: The Ideal Candidate We're looking for a strategic thinker who's passionate about customer education and has a strong background in program management, marketing, sales, or customer education in the medical device or healthcare industry. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree 5+ years of experience in Program Management, Marketing, Sales, or Customer Education role in a medical device or healthcare industry (3+ years with Advanced Degree) Preferred Qualifications: Masters or other Advanced Degree Content Development experience for HCPs US marketing experience in complex matrix business structure Ability to synthesize clinical data and technical information Previous experience interacting with internal teams, sales force, senior management, and customers Digital Marketing experience Market Development experience Presentation skills Experience with Salesforce.com Skills and Competencies: What You'll Need to Succeed To succeed in this role, you'll need to have excellent project management skills, be able to collaborate with internal stakeholders, and have a strong understanding of the medical device or healthcare industry. You'll also need to be able to synthesize complex clinical data and technical information into compelling content and programs. Compensation, Perks, and Benefits We offer a competitive salary and flexible benefits package, including a short-term incentive plan called the Medtronic Incentive Plan (MIP). Our benefits package is designed to support you at every career and life stage. The salary range for this position is $90,400 - $135,600 per year, depending on experience and location.
