• *Job Description:** We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented virtual assistant to join our dynamic team and provide essential support to our luxury residential remodel and interior design business based in the beautiful state of Colorado. As we continue to expand our portfolio of upscale projects, we are looking for an individual who is not only organized and efficient but also enthusiastic about the world of design and home renovation. In this role, the ideal candidate will play a crucial part in enhancing our operational efficiency and ensuring a seamless experience for our clients. You will be responsible for various tasks, including but not limited to client communication, appointment scheduling, and a variety of administrative duties that are vital to the smooth running of our business. This position will involve interacting with clients, vendors, and contractors, so strong interpersonal skills and a professional demeanor are essential. This is not a project management position, however you will work with our Project Manager at times. This is not an interior design assistant position specifically, however, there is room for growth with this position. A passion for design and an understanding of the remodeling process is highly desirable, as it will enable you to engage more effectively with our clients and contribute valuable insights. You will assist in gathering project-related information, preparing documents, and maintaining organized records to support our designers and project managers. Your attention to detail will ensure that every aspect of our projects is meticulously planned and executed. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently (not multi-tasking) are essential qualities we are looking for in a candidate. You will need to prioritize your workload effectively and adapt to changing demands in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in various software applications, including project management tools and communication platforms, will be advantageous as you help streamline our processes and improve our client engagement. This is a part-time freelance position to start, with the potential to grow in both hours and responsibilities.
