About the Role: Client Services Lead We're seeking an exceptional Client Services Lead to join our dynamic team in a 100% remote capacity. As the primary liaison between our clients and production teams, you'll be the driving force behind our client relationships, ensuring that our clients receive the Businessolver experience with a seriously delightful touch. Key Responsibilities Act as the primary point of contact between clients and our production teams, ensuring clear communication of goals, objectives, and timelines. Conduct and manage client calls, providing comprehensive new client administrator training and support. Maintain and update client documentation, including Standard Operating Procedures and process-related materials. Stay abreast of product releases, updates, and system functionalities through ongoing educational opportunities, ensuring you're always up-to-date. Collaborate with clients on product updates, providing consultation as needed, and partner closely with the Client Success Leader to drive client satisfaction. Deliver clear and timely communication on system functionalities, industry news, project initiatives, and resolution activities to clients and internal teams. Drive continuous improvement in service delivery across all teams, maintaining high-quality service standards and identifying areas for improvement. Coordinate Annual Enrollment activities, proactively engaging clients and internal teams on any open items to ensure a seamless experience. Participate in sales finalist meetings and assist the sales team during prospect visits and services presentations, showcasing our capabilities and commitment to client service. Identify trends and training needs in partnership with internal teams, providing support and expertise to the Service Center team to enhance their capabilities. What You Bring To excel as a Client Services Lead at Businessolver, you'll need: A college degree (or equivalent) in a relevant field, though we're open to considering candidates with significant relevant experience. 5+ years of experience working directly with clients in the employee benefits/benefit administration industry, with a deep understanding of the sector. Strong project management experience, particularly with technology projects, which will serve you well in managing client initiatives and internal projects. An in-depth understanding of benefit administration and employee benefit programs, as well as their impact on the industry. Comfort with technology and the ability to adeptly navigate various systems, including Human Capital Management and Benefits Administration Systems. Excellent relationship management, project management, and analytical skills, with the ability to lead client meetings and deliver presentations. A consultative communication style, providing clients with market insights and tailored solutions to meet their needs. The ability to collaborate across functional areas to ensure a seamless customer experience, working closely with various teams. Resilience under pressure, particularly during busy periods, with a knack for bringing order to chaos and managing multiple priorities. A resourceful problem-solving approach, adept at finding solutions collaboratively with clients and internal teams. Tech-savviness with a willingness to learn new technology and effectively communicate technical concepts to clients, ensuring they get the most out of our solutions. Availability to travel up to 10% for client meetings, sales presentations, or other business needs. Compensation, Perks, and Benefits We offer a competitive salary ranging from $50K to $100K per year, determined by your education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
