Your Role: Delivering Exceptional Customer Experiences As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the face of Teleperformance, interacting with customers from diverse backgrounds and resolving their inquiries, issues, and concerns in a timely and professional manner. Your responsibilities will include: Handling Customer Inquiries: Respond to customer queries, concerns, and issues in a proactive and empathetic manner. Providing Excellent Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer experiences through active listening, clear communication, and effective problem-solving. Working with Confidential Customer Information: Handle sensitive customer data with care and confidentiality, adhering to our data protection policies and procedures. Resolving Issues: Aim to resolve customer issues on the first call, being proactive and flexible in your approach. Communicating Effectively: Clearly and professionally communicate with customers, colleagues, and management, both verbally and in writing. Escalating Interactions: Escalate complex or sensitive issues to senior team members or management, as necessary and appropriate. Tracking Call-Related Information: Accurately record and track call-related information for auditing, reporting, and quality assurance purposes. Providing Feedback: Offer constructive feedback on call issues, suggesting improvements to our processes and procedures. Upselling: Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products or services, contributing to our business growth and revenue targets. Requirements and Qualifications To succeed as a Customer Service Representative at Teleperformance, you will need: 6 Months of Customer Service Experience: We prefer candidates with prior customer service experience, but we also welcome those who are eager to learn and develop their skills. Age and Education: You must be at least 18 years old and have a high school diploma or equivalent (GED). Typing Skills: You should be able to type at a minimum speed of 25 words per minute. Computer Skills: You should be comfortable working with desktop computer systems, including Windows operating systems. Communication Skills: You should possess excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management. Problem-Solving Skills: You should be able to think logically and approach problems in a methodical and analytical way. Organization and Prioritization Skills: You should be able to prioritize tasks, manage your time effectively, and maintain a high level of organization. Work from Home Requirements To work from home with Teleperformance, you will need: Internet Connection: A reliable internet connection with a minimum download speed of 12.0 Mbps and a minimum upload speed of 3.0 Mbps. ISP Requirements: Your internet service provider (ISP) must have no packet loss and a ping under 50ms. Proof of Internet Speed: You will be required to provide proof of your internet speed to ensure that it meets our requirements. Clean and Quiet Workspace: You will need a dedicated, clean, and quiet workspace that is free from distractions and interruptions.
