Key Responsibilities: Deliver exceptional customer service, resolving issues efficiently and effectively through inbound calls and chats. Requirements and Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you will need: Strong communication and active listening skills, with the ability to leverage probing questions to resolve issues. Excellent attention to detail and the ability to effectively multitask in a fast-paced environment. A high school diploma or GED; an Associate's degree is a plus, demonstrating your commitment to education and personal growth. Proficiency in basic computer skills, including strong keyboard skills and MS Office knowledge. Ability to handle customer calls of varying types, including service requests, billing questions, and energy conservation advice, with patience, empathy, and understanding. Working from Home Requirements: To ensure your success in this remote role, you will need: Excellent internet connectivity, with upload speeds of 2 Mbps and download speeds of 10 Mbps; the faster, the better. A hardwired internet connection; wireless and/or satellite internet service providers are not compatible with our systems.
