You'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless experience for our customers. If you're a detail-oriented, self-managing, and tech-savvy individual who is passionate about delivering outstanding customer service, we want to hear from you. **Key Responsibilities** * Answer incoming calls from customers and service providers, responding to their inquiries and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner. * Respond to customer emails, texts, and web chat inquiries, providing thoughtful and detailed responses that address all aspects of their concerns. * Help customers with bookings, including booking a service, canceling, and rescheduling. * Assist service providers with questions or issues regarding Work Orders and policy questions. * Troubleshoot software issues with customers and service providers. * Work as part of a fully remote team, utilizing technology that allows for team communication, training, and meetings. **Essential Qualifications** * 1+ year of customer service experience in a call center or remote setting. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and service providers. * Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to track multiple issues at the same time. * Ability to analyze customer emails and provide thoughtful responses that address all aspects of their concerns. * Proficient in using technology, including CRM software, email, and chat platforms. * Ability to work efficiently on a remote-based team of co-workers. **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience working in a fast-paced customer service environment. * Knowledge of household services or related industries. * Familiarity with CRM software and other customer service tools. * Ability to work in a dynamic and ever-changing environment. **Skills and Competencies** * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to track multiple issues at the same time. * Ability to analyze customer emails and provide thoughtful responses that address all aspects of their concerns. * Proficient in using technology, including CRM software, email, and chat platforms. * Ability to work efficiently on a remote-based team of co-workers. * Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. * Ability to work in a dynamic and ever-changing environment. **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
