Role Overview and Responsibilities As a Customer Service Representative with Tower Loan, you will play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive the highest level of assistance and support. Your key responsibilities will include: Demonstrating a high level of customer assistance via phone and in-person, addressing queries, and resolving issues efficiently. Receiving and recording payments in customer accounts, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring timely updates. Marketing to current and former customers over the phone and in-person to promote additional business opportunities and enhance customer engagement. Maintaining and securing the cash drawer, performing accounting activities such as balancing and preparing deposits, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. Performing office administrative tasks, including checking branch mail, filing, managing office supplies, and other duties as assigned. Investigating credit and processing loan applications, adhering to company guidelines and regulatory requirements. Essential Qualifications and Skills To excel as a Customer Service Representative with Tower Loan, you will need: A high school diploma or equivalent, demonstrating a strong foundation in education. Effective communication and time management skills, enabling you to prioritize tasks, manage multiple responsibilities, and provide exceptional customer service. Reliable personal transportation with insurance, allowing you to travel to our DeSoto location as required. The ability to stand and sit for long periods, lift and maneuver up to 20 pounds, and perform other physical tasks associated with the role.
