Job Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team at arenaflex. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for handling inbound calls from our cardholders, providing exceptional customer service, and building strong relationships with clients, customers, and colleagues. This is a full-time work-from-home opportunity, requiring a quiet, distraction-free environment with access to high-speed internet. You must live within a commutable distance of Rapid City, SD, and be available for occasional in-person meetings. Key Responsibilities Handle inbound calls from cardholders, providing exceptional customer service and resolving inquiries in a timely and professional manner Maintain up-to-date computerized customer information, authorize sales, and perform other administrative tasks as required Build strong relationships with clients, customers, and colleagues, ensuring a positive and supportive team environment Utilize proficient computer skills, including managing information in multiple windows, typing while talking, and using Microsoft Outlook Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge, ensuring you stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices Essential Qualifications To be considered for this role, you must meet the following essential qualifications: 6+ months of customer service experience or military equivalent experience Confidence using a computer and proficient typing skills Ability to work from home in a quiet, distraction-free environment with access to high-speed internet Must live within a 2 1/2 hour commute of Rapid City, SD Be 18-years-old or older Be willing to take a drug test, submit to a background investigation, and submit fingerprints as part of the selection process Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications are preferred: Previous experience working in a call center or customer service environment Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills Ability to thrive in a team environment and effectively communicate with colleagues and customers Experience using Microsoft Outlook and other software applications Skills and Competencies To be successful in this role, you will require the following skills and competencies: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively Proficient computer skills, including typing, data entry, and software applications Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in a busy environment Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At arenaflex, we are committed to supporting the growth and development of our employees.
