Key Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, live chat, and social media in a professional, friendly, and courteous manner Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a fair, empathetic, and timely manner, turning negative experiences into positive ones Provide accurate and helpful information about our educational resources, services, and policies to customers Collaborate with internal teams, such as sales, marketing, and product development, to resolve customer issues and improve our services Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your knowledge and skills in customer service, education, and technology Work independently with minimal supervision, managing your time effectively to meet performance targets and deadlines Contribute to the development of our customer service strategies, processes, and procedures to ensure continuous improvement and excellence Who We Are Looking For The ideal candidate for this role will be a tech-savvy, quick learner with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal. You should be attentive to detail, able to work well under pressure, and possess strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills. A typing speed of at least 45 words per minute and reliable high-speed internet are essential for this role.
