Key Responsibilities Learn and master our software product to effectively answer support questions and resolve user queries. Collaborate on writing and maintaining comprehensive help center documentation to enhance user self-service capabilities. Test the product to identify and report any issues, contributing to its continuous improvement and refinement. Essential Qualifications To excel in this role, you must possess: Fluent, native-like English skills, as you will be communicating with customers and creating documentation in English. Familiarity with software products, web hosting services, and preferably online course platforms, which would be highly advantageous. A basic understanding of DNS (Domain Name System) and its applications, particularly in setting up website DNS using CNAME and CAA records, is a significant plus. Preferred Qualifications While not mandatory, experience in customer support, especially within the tech or education sector, can be beneficial.
