You'll be responsible for managing patient data, processing prescriptions, and maintaining accurate records. Your attention to detail, technical skills, and passion for delivering exceptional customer service will make you an invaluable asset to our team. **Key Responsibilities** * Manage patient data, including demographic information, medical history, and prescription records * Process prescriptions, including verifying patient information, checking for allergies and interactions, and ensuring accurate medication dispensing * Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including patient charts, medication lists, and inventory management * Collaborate with pharmacists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care * Develop and implement processes to improve data entry efficiency, accuracy, and security * Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient satisfaction and outcomes * Provide exceptional customer service, responding to patient inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner **Essential Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or a related field * Current licensure as a pharmacist in the states within the region * Experience performing solution dispensing exercises that demonstrate a strong understanding of relevant state and federal controlled substance regulations * Affirmed Immunizer or ability to become an immunizer within 90 days of hire **Preferred Qualifications** * At least 2 years of experience as a pharmacist in a retail setting, including prescription filling and verification, records and legal compliance, pharmacy operations, pharmacy software and technology systems, and insurance * Strong technical skills, including proficiency in electronic health records (EHRs), pharmacy management systems, and data analytics tools * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, healthcare professionals, and other stakeholders * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities with ease **Benefits** At blithequark, we're committed to providing a comprehensive benefits package that supports the well-being of our employees.
