Job Overview We're seeking highly motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Owner Service Agents - Inbound Customer Service Representatives (Remote). As a key member of our customer service team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional support to our customers, resolving their queries, and providing product information and registration services. Key Responsibilities Respond to incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or fax, providing timely and effective solutions to their concerns. Utilize Windows-based programs and internal applications to drive owner-focused solutions, leveraging creativity and judgment-based reasoning skills. Follow established guidelines and concession protocols to resolve customer issues, ensuring a positive experience for our owners. Create, update, and retrieve owner records to log facts surrounding complaints, actions, and resolutions. Proactively provide feedback to Quality and Training teams to help maintain updated training processes and materials. Adhere to safety policies and procedures to ensure a safe work environment for all. Support other parts of the business as directed, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to adapt to changing priorities. Essential Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required. Two+ years of sales or service experience desired, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service. Passion for customer service and problem-solving, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and multitask in a fast-paced environment. Ability to adapt to change, with a flexible and resilient approach to challenging situations. Excellent written communication skills, with good typing ability and computer skills, including proficiency in navigating multiple online applications. Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in a customer-facing role, with a strong understanding of customer service principles and practices. Experience working in a remote or virtual environment, with a self-motivated and disciplined approach to work. Knowledge of home appliances and related products, with a willingness to learn and develop expertise in this area. Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to diffuse difficult situations and resolve customer complaints effectively. Skills and Competencies Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a flexible and adaptable approach to changing priorities and deadlines. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
