Essential Qualifications Ability to type 30 words per minute with 90% accuracy or above consistently, ensuring that customer inquiries are responded to efficiently and effectively. Strong messaging communication skills, active listening abilities, and a great understanding of text and chat acronyms, enabling you to communicate effectively with customers. Ability to work independently and utilize resources to resolve customer issues, demonstrating a high level of self-motivation and problem-solving skills. Excellent grammar and knowledge of when to use informal language, ensuring that customer communications are clear, concise, and engaging. High School Diploma or equivalent, providing a foundation for further learning and development. Preferred Qualifications Previous work-from-home experience, demonstrating your ability to work independently and manage your time effectively in a remote environment.
