Job Overview In this part-time role, you will be responsible for handling a high volume of inbound calls from customers, resolving their queries, and directing them to the appropriate departments when necessary. You will work closely with other teams to ensure a seamless and positive customer experience. As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be expected to possess strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication and listening skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
