This full-time, non-exempt position is responsible for professionally acknowledging and responding to customer inquiries via chat and text messages in a timely and efficient manner. As a key representative of arenaflex, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service experiences that exceed our customers' expectations and foster long-term loyalty. Key Responsibilities Respond to and engage in conversation with inbound chat and text messages, ensuring prompt and personalized support to our customers. Provide thoughtful, grammatically correct, and well-structured responses that address customer queries and concerns effectively. Engage with conversations within 1 minute of receipt, demonstrating a sense of urgency and commitment to resolving customer issues promptly. Identify and report any system errors or anomalies, contributing to the continuous improvement of our technology and processes. Meet productivity targets by working a set minimum number of conversations per hour, ensuring that our customers receive the support they need in a timely manner. Operate within multiple software platforms, demonstrating adaptability and proficiency in using various tools and technologies to deliver exceptional customer service. Education and Skills Required To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a combination of education, skills, and experience that align with the requirements outlined below: Knowledge of the automobile industry, including makes and models of vehicles, to provide informed and relevant support to our customers. Access to high-speed internet, enabling you to work efficiently and effectively in a remote environment. Work Schedule We offer two alternative schedules to accommodate different preferences and needs: Schedule 1: Monday (OFF), Tuesday (OFF), Wednesday (11:00 AM - 9:00 PM), Thursday (11:00 AM - 9:00 PM), Friday (11:00 AM - 9:00 PM), Saturday (11:00 AM - 9:00 PM), and Sunday (OFF). Schedule 2: Monday (12:00 PM - 10:00 PM), Tuesday (12:00 PM - 10:00 PM), Wednesday (12:00 PM - 10:00 PM), Thursday (OFF), Friday (OFF), Saturday (12:00 PM - 10:00 PM), and Sunday (OFF).
