As a Customer Care Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for handling a high volume of inbound calls, answering questions, providing education, and resolving complex HR and financial issues related to healthcare benefits, 401k savings and retirement plans, leaves of absence, payroll, and more. Key Responsibilities Handle a high volume of inbound calls from clients and their employees to answer questions, provide education, and solve complex HR and financial issues. Process transactions such as health enrollments, tax and direct deposit updates, 401k withdrawals or contributions, and retirement elections, which may include additional research and ongoing casework. Leverage computer navigation skills to toggle between multiple screens and systems to provide answers and support, including assisting callers in navigating the system. Create and update files in our database and communicate with third parties to research and assist customers with updates or inquiries. Utilize active listening and empathy to provide personalized support and resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: 2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in a call center environment. High school diploma or equivalent required. Excellent telephone etiquette, active listening, and adapting to change skills. Basic computer skills and ability to navigate multiple screens and systems. Empathy and strong customer service skills to provide personalized support and resolve customer issues. Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following qualifications are preferred: Experience working in a remote or home-based environment. Knowledge of HR and healthcare benefits, 401k savings and retirement plans, leaves of absence, and payroll. Previous experience working with databases and performing data entry tasks. Certifications in customer service or related fields.
