Location in the following time zones: GMT+8, GMT+3, GMT+2, with flexibility to work shifts (2/2 day, mid or night rotation). Excellent customer service skills, including empathy, accuracy, compassion, responsiveness, and resourcefulness. Fluency in written English, with strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle routine tasks under stress, remaining organized and focused in a fast-paced environment. Self-motivation and a proactive approach to work, with a strong desire to thrive in a dynamic and ever-changing environment. Tech-savviness, with attention to detail and a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and systems. 1-3+ years of experience in Technical Support, Customer Support, or a similar role, with experience working with mobile products being a plus.
