Your key responsibilities will include: Strengths-Based Coaching: Utilize your Gallup StrengthsFinder certification (or equivalent experience) to help students decode their strengths and translate them into real-world applications, empowering them to make informed decisions about their future. Career Exploration and Development: Guide students in connecting their strengths to potential career paths, college majors, and life goals, ensuring they are well-prepared for the next steps in their journey. Facilitating Engaging Sessions: Design and deliver interactive workshops, one-on-one coaching sessions, and group activities that foster confidence, spark "aha!" moments, and make career exploration a fun and rewarding experience. Collaboration and Gamification: Work closely with our VROAR platform to integrate gamification elements, such as points, badges, and level-ups, into the career exploration process, making it engaging, interactive, and enjoyable for students. Essential Qualifications and Skills To be successful in this role, you will need: Gallup StrengthsFinder Certification: A deep understanding of strengths-based coaching and experience working with the Gallup StrengthsFinder framework (or equivalent certification). Passion for Youth Development: A proven track record of working with high school students, ideally in career coaching, education, or counseling, and a genuine passion for empowering young people to achieve their potential. Tech-Savviness: Comfort and familiarity with digital tools, platforms, and technologies, as well as a willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and software.
