Key Responsibilities As a blithequark Independent Contractor, you'll be responsible for providing virtual customer service to our clients' customers. Your key responsibilities will include: Conducting inbound and outbound customer service calls with customers Creatively problem-solving to resolve customer issues Quickly assessing customer needs and providing sound solutions Providing a high-level of customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction Documenting details of all calls and customer interactions Managing multiple systems, programs, and screens simultaneously Essential Qualifications To succeed as a blithequark Independent Contractor, you'll need to possess the following essential qualifications: Experience handling inbound and outbound calls Minimum 1 year of customer service experience Computer skills, including navigating multiple tabs, windows, and systems Basic typing skills Strong customer service and written communication skills Comfortable empathizing and remaining patient with difficult callers Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications are highly desirable: Previous experience working in a call center or customer service environment Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software Experience with multiple software applications and systems Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Earning Potential As a blithequark Independent Contractor, you'll have the opportunity to earn a competitive income based on your performance. Our programs have varying pay structures, but most pay for time spent talking on the phone and assisting callers. You may also receive performance-based pay or other incentives. As a self-employed 1099 Independent Contractor, you'll be responsible for your own tax obligations and expenses. Our clients' call availability will vary, but generally, calls are available daily from 8am to 8pm EST. Some clients also offer 24/7 call availability.
