Job Overview We are seeking an experienced Telesales Business Development Manager to lead our team of telesales business development representatives in generating demand for Oracle solutions and services through outbound prospecting within an assigned territory or vertical. Responsibilities Manages a team of telesales business development representatives for a territory/region, providing daily operations management of outbound call response and lead qualification functions. Creates product, sales, and business function training programs to ensure team members are equipped with the skills and knowledge needed to succeed. Coordinates marketing activities with Marketing organizations, including direct mail and advertising, to drive lead generation and business growth. Coaches, performance manages, and develops staff to achieve their full potential and advance in their careers. Participates in the recruiting process and provides hiring recommendations to senior management to ensure the team is comprised of top talent. Manages budget and provides support to marketing and sales programs to drive business growth and revenue. Qualifications Essential Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in telesales, business development, or a related field, with a proven track record of success. Strong leadership and management skills, with experience managing a team of telesales business development representatives. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with customers, prospects, and internal stakeholders. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed business decisions. Preferred Qualifications Experience working in the technology industry, specifically with cloud solutions. Familiarity with Oracle solutions and services. Experience with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems. Strong coaching and development skills, with experience developing and implementing training programs. Skills and Competencies Strong business acumen and understanding of sales principles. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers, prospects, and internal stakeholders.
