Job Overview Key Responsibilities Deliver High-Quality Stretch Sessions: Utilize your expertise to provide one-on-one assisted stretch sessions, ensuring each client achieves their flexibility and mobility goals. Client Care and Service: Build strong relationships with clients, encourage and motivate them throughout their stretch sessions, and manage their care through consistent updates and bookings. Safety and Technique: Ensure the safety of clients by enforcing proper stretch techniques and adhering to StretchLab's policies and safety rules. Team Collaboration: Attend monthly staff meetings, educational presentations, and assist with events and sales as needed, contributing to the team's overall success. Studio Maintenance: Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the studio, ensuring all equipment is in good working order for client use. Qualifications and Requirements To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you must possess a strong foundation in a relevant field, such as kinesiology, exercise science, sports medicine, or a related discipline, along with a certification or license from a nationally recognized organization. A minimum of one year of experience in a fitness or health environment, where you have provided hands-on training or therapy, is essential.
