We're a strategic thinker, hands-on collaborator, helping customers capitalize on change and master the momentum of technology. **Job Summary** As a Part-Time Remote Customer Service Representative, you will play a critical role in supporting blithequark's National Campaigns Unit during the Fall Proxy season. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to shareholders, handling inbound and outbound calls, and ensuring seamless communication throughout the proxy voting process. Your primary goal will be to assist shareholders in understanding the voting process, addressing their questions and concerns, and ultimately, helping them cast their votes. **Key Responsibilities** * Provide exceptional customer service to shareholders via phone, email, and other communication channels * Handle inbound and outbound calls, responding to shareholder inquiries and concerns * Assist shareholders in understanding the voting process, including online, phone, and mail voting options * Address questions and concerns related to specific items on the ballot, such as board elections, executive compensation, mergers and acquisitions, and proposals * Provide clear and concise information about proxy statements, annual reports, and voting instructions * Work collaboratively with the National Campaigns Unit team to ensure seamless communication and support throughout the proxy voting process * Meet or exceed performance metrics, including call volume, quality, and customer satisfaction **Essential Qualifications** * High School Diploma or GED required * Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience in a contact center environment * Minimum of 6 months of outbound call experience within the last 24 months * Experience persuading customers to complete a task, such as sales, payment, or upgrades * Clear and professional speaking voice, with the ability to communicate effectively with affluent customers * Ability to read and interpret call scripts verbatim * Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including Outlook, Teams, and dual-monitor setup * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of adaptability and flexibility **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience working in a similar role, supporting proxy season or shareholder communications * Familiarity with the proxy voting process and related regulations * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to resolve complex customer issues * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues * Experience working in a remote or virtual environment **Equipment Requirements** * TEKsystems will provide laptops to all agents (Dell computers) * Candidates will need to have their own USB headset and 2nd monitor (if they do not have these, we cannot proceed or allow them to purchase them prior to the assignment starting) * Must have the option to hard-wire into their internet, with a minimum speed of 50 download/10 upload **Work Environment and Culture** * This is a fully remote position, with the flexibility to work from anywhere * Our team is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences, and we're committed to creating a positive and inclusive work environment * We offer a range of benefits, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, critical illness, accident, and hospital insurance, 401(k) retirement plan, life insurance, short and long-term disability, health spending account, transportation benefits, and employee assistance program **Compensation and Benefits** * The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr. * Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits, and may depend on your job classification and length of employment * Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms **How to Apply** If you're a motivated and customer-focused individual with a passion for delivering exceptional experiences, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
